If you use Mozilla Firefox, you will make your life easier! Its a safe browser, quicker than Internet Explorer and there is loads of nice features!!
when you log in on a web site using Firefox,it will ask you if you want to remember the user name and password and once you click yes,it will be saved. But you might think anyone can come on your pc and login with you details! For that, all you need to do is create a master password,so each time you are about to login,it will ask you for the master password before you can see your details. To do so,open Firefox, click on tools, then options. Click the 'security tab' and tick the box saying 'Use a master password'. Create your master password, apply settings and you will be safe.

I have KeePass program installed which keeps all my password. Very convenient.
